What you share

The form asks for your name, city, project type, project details, and at least one contact method. Company or ownership entity, project goal, budget and timing are optional. Please do not include payment card information, identification documents, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.

How the information is used

Inquiries are saved in a restricted website inbox for Apex to review and manage. Submitting the form permits contact about that inquiry; it is not enrollment in a general marketing list. The form does not make a payment, confirm a booking, or automatically send an estimate.

Storage and access

Project inquiries are stored in the website’s database and require authenticated administrator access to view. Hosting services may process technical request data as part of operating and protecting the website. Automated rate limits and a hidden spam field help reduce misuse.

This preview does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Website inquiry information is separate from the existing Apex client portal. The portal has its own sign-in and project access controls.

Keeping information current

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion, contact Apex at 256-393-1280. Include your inquiry reference when available. Information should be kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any applicable business or legal obligations.

Images and links

Completed-project photography is identified on the site. Other architectural images are AI-generated design concepts, not evidence of completed Apex work. External links, including the separate client portal, may have different privacy practices.
